Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. As a key member of our hotel management team, you'll handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth operations. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and assist with room assignments, upgrades, or special requests.
- Assist in managing guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally in multiple languages if applicable.
- Promptly answer the telephone using positive, clear communication.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently.
- Verify the status of all guest request and ensure they are properly handled.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
- Act as a guest service representative and manager on duty during night time hours
- Must understand and use computers and related equipment. Safety

* Strictly follow cash control policy.
* Follow and ensure compliance with hotel's key control policy.
* Responsible to know and be able to react to hotel's emergency procedures.
Communication:
* Promote effective front desk communication through logs and shift change.
Other:
* Must be in complete, clean, neat uniform every day.
* Shifts/hours can/will change due to the needs of business.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
