Starting pay: $25 per hour. Higher pay considered based on knowledge, experience, performance, and attitude.

We operate primarily as a remodeling management company. Our main focus is guiding customers through the remodeling process, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality, and keeping projects moving.
Our lead carpenter plays an important hands-on role by performing carpentry tasks, preparing jobs for the next subcontractor, and helping deliver a smooth experience for homeowners. All mechanical work—including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC—is performed by licensed trades.
What You’ll Do
- Perform general carpentry, preparation work, and finish carpentry.
- Prepare jobs for the next subcontractor so work can proceed efficiently.
- Work with management and subcontractors to keep projects moving.
- Take the lead on smaller remodeling projects, such as small bathrooms and other jobs suited to your skills and experience, helping move them through completion.
- Protect existing floors, walls, furniture, and other finishes before and during construction.
- Install and maintain dust barriers and other dust mitigation measures.
- Complete punch-out items, final touch-ups, and corrections.
- Follow quality control checklists and report progress, concerns, and items needing attention.
- Assist with general labor, material handling, and cleanup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and treat their homes with care.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid carpentry and residential remodeling experience.
- Ability to work independently, plan ahead, and identify what needs to happen next.
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and willingness to handle all aspects of the job, including preparation and cleanup.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers, management, and subcontractors.
- Your own carpentry tools.
- A valid driver’s license.
Pay and Opportunities
- Starting wage of $25 per hour, with higher pay considered based on qualifications.
