About The Opportunity
We are looking for a results‑driven 3rd shift production leader with a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Experienced in maintaining a safe work environment through active auditing, coaching, and enforcement of safety policies.
- Provide and maintain a safe working environment for all employees, including auditing, addressing unsafe
procedures.
- Execute production priorities per the work schedule meeting customer demands.
- Manage and direct plant floor activities to improve utilization of company resources, such as material and
- Respond timely to all quality and personnel issues regarding parts and processes.
- Confer with plant personnel and other departments to review activities and operating reports to determine
- Maintain a high degree of plant floor visibility throughout the shift.
- Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities.
- Promote employee engagement activities to create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Hours are 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. on a 2-3 schedule
