The actual base pay offered will be based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. Job Description
The Production Supervisor is a critical position within our Plant Operations. This hands-on, boots-on-the-ground leadership role involves coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members while determining best practices and implementing them on the shift. The successful candidate will lead by example, ensure targets are hit in safety, quality, service, cost, and production, and drive process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a reliable and punctual team player with approximately 3-5 years of production experience in manufacturing roles, having direct reports and shop floor accountability. Strong leadership skills, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and the ability to establish priorities with a sense of urgency are essential. Familiarity with workforce scheduling, overtime management, and labor deployment practices is also required. Excellent multi-tasking skills, hands-on experience working in a lean manufacturing plant, and proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office are highly desirable.
