We're looking for a reliable and punctual team player with approximately 3-5 years of production experience in manufacturing roles, having direct reports and shop floor accountability. Strong leadership skills, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and the ability to establish priorities with a sense of urgency are essential. Familiarity with workforce scheduling, overtime management, and labor deployment practices is also required.
