SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 7am-330pm

About the Role: The Shipping Coordinator role handles shipping requirements for the plant including coordinating drivers, deliveries, and pickups. You will work closely with the shipping attendants and production scheduler to understand production timeframes to coordinate external shipping, effectively manage expectations, and OTD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outgoing shipments, including processing and printing bills of lading and related paperwork.

• Receive goods in SAP with appropriate documentation and storage.

• Maintain a neat work area and shipping yard in accordance with 5S 2 standards.

• Additional duties as required by management

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or distribution environment.

• Basic computer skills and experience with MRP/ERP systems.

• Knowledge of warehouse systems, including shipping and receiving, FIFO, cycle counting, and inventory control.

• SAP or Oracle experience highly preferred

• Forklift experience required

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Work is performed in plant, warehouse, forklift, and office environments.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• May be exposed to weather and noise.

• Personal protective equipment is required.

Our Offer:
The compensation for this position is typically start at $23.28/Hour.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
