Overview:
We are seeking Rubber Extrusion professionals to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining rubber extrusion machinery to produce high-quality rubber products. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Set up and operate rubber extrusion machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output
- Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired product specifications
- Feed rubber material into the extruder and monitor the flow of material
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
Experience:
- Previous experience operating rubber extrusion machinery is preferred but not necessary
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
