Now Hiring: Floor Techs in Flagstaff Be the reason floors shine. Oranje Commercial Janitorial is a commercial cleaning company looking for experienced, detail-oriented floor techs to join our team. Position Details: -2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM -Pay: $20.00/hour -Schedule: Monday – Friday -Location: Multiple sites across Flagstaff What You'll Do: As a Floor Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, restoring, and protecting a wide variety of hard and soft flooring surfaces. -Perform floor care services including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. -Clean and maintain carpeted floors through extraction and spot treatment -Operate and maintain floor care equipment (auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, extractors). -Use chemicals safely and according to training and manufacturer guidelines. -Inspect floors and identify areas needing specialized care. -Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently. -Maintain a clean and organized work environment This Role Is Perfect for You If: -You enjoy hands-on, physical work with visible results -You take pride in making floors/carpets look their best -You're comfortable using machines and specialized equipment -You're detail-oriented and focused on quality -You like working nights and being on the move Physical Requirements: This is hands-on, physical work. The role requires standing and walking throughout the shift, bending, reaching, and operating floor care equipment such as buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, and carpet extractors. Must be able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, including moving equipment and supplies between work areas.
