Day Porter | City of Phoenix (Route Position) $17.00/hour | Guaranteed 40 Hours Thursday - Monday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM City of Phoenix Trailheads (multiple sites — route-based) Benefits PTO 401(k) Match About the Role Oranje Commercial Cleaning is looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team maintaining restrooms and facilities across multiple City of Phoenix hiking trailheads. This is a route position — you'll drive a company vehicle between assigned trailhead locations throughout your shift, cleaning and servicing each stop along the way. What You'll Do -Drive a set daily route between multiple City of Phoenix trailhead locations -Perform general janitorial and custodial duties at each stop -Clean and restock trailhead restrooms — partitions, toilets, and urinals -Deep clean walls, remove cobwebs (high dusting), sweep and mop floors -Patrol each site to identify and report maintenance issues -Complete work orders assigned by the client -Take on additional tasks as needed What You'll Need -Strong attention to detail and genuine enjoyment of cleaning work -Comfort working independently, outdoors, and moving between multiple sites daily -Reliability and punctuality Driver Requirements (this position requires driving a company vehicle between locations) -Valid AZ Driver's License, or ability to obtain one -Acceptable driving record per company insurance policy -Must pass a drug screening -Must pass a background check -Must pass E-Verify Benefits Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; voluntary insurance options; 401(k) with company match; PTO; PayActiv; referral program.
