In the Health and Fitness industry, many Trainers work all hours of the day and night to make a living. You put in 40-50 hours of time each week but only train 20-25 client sessions/classes so how much are you really earning in a year, all in?  Are you holding down 2-3 different jobs to piece together a reasonable income?  Is your body getting worn out from participating in all the sessions and classes? Would you like a position where you can work with both groups and meet with clients 1:1 to help them achieve their fitness goals?
The Orangetheory Fitness concept is built around the Fitness Coach role which delivers our 1-hour full-body group workout. Our workout is backed by science, tracked by technology and inspired and led by certified coaches ... YOU  
What we offer our full-time Fitness Professionals:

• Coaches are in the studio about 35 hours per week with great income and full benefits.  
• We offer a consistent schedule with options of early bird, night owl or a variety based on your preferences. 
• Our Coaches earn a consistent income without the worry of clients with no shows or last minute cancellations.  
• New studios are opening all over the metro area and we love to promote from within for leadership positions.  
• This is a fun, high-energy, health-orientated team and a great place to build a fitness career.  

Qualifications:

• Fitness Certification: Personal or Group Training.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• A big smile and a great attitude.
• Sincere in your communication, team player, care about others.
• Growth-minded and open to learning.
• Attention to detail; follow proven systems and policies. 

Compensation: $25-$65/hour

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
