What We Offer:

• $20/hr.
• Commissions: Up to $2,500/year

What You'll Do:

• Drive Sales: Engage with potential members, explain the benefits of Orangetheory, and close membership sales
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Create a welcoming and motivating environment for all clients
• Manage Studio Operations: Help manage daily studio operations, including multitasking during busy hours
• Promote Orangetheory: Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to build membership
• Motivate and Inspire: Youll be the face of the studio, ensuring every member has a positive experience

What Were Looking for Full-Time or Part-Time:

• Sales Expertise: 1 years of sales experience (preferred)
• Customer Service Skills: 1 years of experience delivering high-quality customer service (preferred)
• Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Team Player: A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask are crucial

Required Availability Options:

1. Full time Closing shift: 4:30am-12pm Mon- Thurs and Sat or Sun 6:30am-12:30pm; or
2. Part-time Closing shift: 4:30am-10am Mon - Thurs and Sat or Sun 6:30am-12:30pm
