Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Salesperson based in Delray Beach, FL. The Salesperson will engage potential and existing customers, promote membership packages, and provide information about Orangetheory Fitness offerings. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the studio’s membership base, giving prospective members tours, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive engagement with potential leads, ensuring members receive exemplary service, and actively contributing to the overall success of the studio.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer engagement skills, including the ability to connect with potential members and promote fitness memberships
- Customer service and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospects
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage daily operations efficiently and handle inquiries
- A passion for fitness and the ability to motivate and inspire members in their health and wellness journeys
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a fitness-related field is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
