We’re looking for a seasoned fitness professional to join our coaching team. The ideal candidate brings experience, professionalism, confidence on the mic, and a genuine passion for helping people push past limits and achieve more than they thought possible.

What You’ll Do
- Lead high-energy, science-backed group fitness classes
- Deliver an exceptional member experience every class
- Motivate and inspire members of all fitness levels
- Educate members on heart rate-based interval training
- Create a welcoming, positive, and inclusive studio culture
- Build strong relationships with members and team staff
- Arrive prepared, professional, and ready to own the room
What We’re Looking For
- Previous group fitness coaching experience required
- Strong microphone presence and ability to engage a full class
- National certification preferred (NCSF, NSCA, ACE, AFAA, ACSM, ISSA)
- CPR/AED certified
- Passionate about fitness, energy, and member results
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
