As the Head Coach, you will serve as a studio leader, helping coordinate the coaching team, maintain class excellence, and support studio operations.

Lead Exceptional Classes
- Deliver high-energy Orangetheory workouts while motivating members to reach their potential
- Ensure members are exercising safely with proper form and technique
- Demonstrate and guide the use of all studio equipment
Support the Coaching Team
- Assist with coordinating the coaching schedule
- Help ensure classes are properly staffed and support coverage when coaches are unavailable
- Serve as a resource for coaches and help maintain strong team communication
Studio Leadership
- Lead by example in delivering the Orangetheory experience
- Help maintain a positive, supportive coaching culture
- Support consistent workout delivery and coaching standards
Member Experience
- Build relationships with members and create a welcoming environment
- Help members understand the science behind heart-rate based training and Orangetheory workouts
- Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or other NCCA-accredited certification)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Group fitness or personal training experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire members in a group fitness setting
