Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in San Jose, CA. The Assistant Studio Manager will support daily studio operations, drive member engagement, and assist in managing the team to deliver superior member experiences. Responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, executing community outreach programs, addressing member needs, and ensuring smooth operational workflows in alignment with the Orangetheory brand standards. The Assistant Studio Manager will also play a key role in fostering an energetic and motivating studio environment for members and staff alike.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor staff effectively
- Sales and customer service experience, with a focus on building relationships and driving results
- Strong organizational and operational skills, ensuring adherence to processes and studio standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members and the larger community
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness; prior experience in the fitness industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in basic technology systems and willingness to learn studio software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
