Assistant Studio Manager — Orangetheory Fitness

We’re looking for an energetic, motivated Assistant Studio Manager to help lead our Orangetheory Fitness studio and create an exceptional experience for every member.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Studio Manager with daily studio operations and team leadership
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong member relationships
• Assist with membership sales, retention, and studio growth
• Help recruit, train, motivate, and manage front-of-house staff
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and high-energy studio environment
• Support community outreach, promotions, and local marketing initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Sales and customer service experience preferred
• Positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
