Job Overview
BE FIT. CHANGE LIVES. HAVE FUN. OTF Membership Advisor’s are the first person that members see coming into the door. You are a representation of the studio and as such should portray our culture and positive attitude.

A Day In The Life:

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Work hand-in-hand with our coaches to guide potential members through their first Orangetheory workout
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
• Follow up on prospective members
• Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolution
• Participate in marketing and outreach events

Team Expectations:

• Participate in monthly team meetings, held both via Zoom and in person.
• Take minimum of one class per week to insure you are familiar with the company and the product.
• Join our monthly team studio clean to help keep our space looking its best.
• Our studio is connected with Denville, Rockaway, and Parsippany. When needed, you may be asked to pick up a shift at one of our sister studios.
• You may also represent the studio at special events, including table events, staff outings, happy hours, and celebratory gatherings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.92 per hour with commission and opportunity for internal growth professionally and financially
