What You'll Do as a Sales Associate:
- Greet everyone who walks in with energy, enthusiasm, and expertise
- Introduce prospective members to the Orangetheory workout and experience
- Conduct phone calls, follow-ups, and front desk customer care interactions
- Give studio tours and walk new guests through their first class
- Collaborate with the fitness team to ensure an outstanding first workout experience
- Sell memberships to help the studio grow
- Onboard new members with care, accuracy, and warmth
- Follow up with leads via email, phone, and in-person outreach
- Address member questions or concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
- Participate in classes and help support events in the community
- Maintain a clean, organized studio by completing daily cleaning duties
