BE FIT. CHANGE LIVES. HAVE FUN. OTF Membership Advisor’s are the first person that members see coming into the door. You are a representation of the studio and as such should portray our culture and positive attitude.
A Day In The Life:
· Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
· Work hand-in-hand with our coaches to guide potential members through their first Orangetheory workout
· Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
· Follow up on prospective members
· Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolution
· Participate in marketing and outreach events
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15 per hour & Commission and opportunity for internal growth professionally and financially
