This is an entry-level role built for curious, motivated problem-solvers who want hands-on experience helping real clients streamline how they work. You’ll collaborate with seasoned monday.com experts, learn how to design smarter workflows, and see firsthand how technology can transform how teams operate. You’ll pick up real consulting skills — communication, project management, tech configuration — and get mentorship that sets you up for a long-term career in tech and business consulting.
Position Responsibilities
Work side-by-side with senior consultants on monday.com implementation projects — from discovery to delivery.
Help document client needs, map business processes, and keep projects organized.
Configure, test, and fine-tune monday.com boards and automations.
Create reports, templates, and training materials that help clients succeed.
Join client calls and demos to build confidence presenting and problem-solving.
Stay on top of new monday.com features and share creative ideas with the team.
Troubleshoot issues and find simple, effective solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Curious and motivated: You love learning new tools and figuring out how things work.

Strong communicator: You can explain ideas clearly and stay organized across multiple priorities.
