What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Intern Technology Office Support (Data /Applications) 2026 position at Orangeburg County Schools?
? Perform data entry and data validation across multiple district application systems ? Assist with database cleanup efforts, including identifying duplicates, correcting errors, and standardizing records ? Support updates to user accounts, permissions, and application access records ? Review and organize data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness ? Assist with documentation of processes and data standards for internal use ? Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Technology Department ? Collaborate with Technology staff to support system readiness for the upcoming school year ? Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive employee and student data ? Occasionally assist Technology field staff with light support tasks as needed ? Perform other duties as assigned Schedule: ? Start date: June 1, 2026 ? End date: July 30, 2026 ? Work Week: Monday Thursday, off on Friday ? Work Hours: 9AM - 4PM (28 Hours/Wk.)
