Day Program Manager-Orangeburg duties include but not limited to coordinate, monitor and supervise the daily operations of the Orangeburg Day Program to include a Work Activity Center and Enclave Area for Orangeburg County Disability and Special Needs Board; ensure compliance with all Federal, State, Local guidelines and ability to interpret and implement guidelines, regulations, directives, standards, policies and procedures; responsible for supervision of staff to include hiring, training, evaluations and disciplinary actions; responsible for supervision of day program participants with intellectual disabilities to include but not limited to assessing, developing, implementation and monitor-ship of plans. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age, have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services related field; at least two (2) years of experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability or a related disability; and at least two (2) years of supervisory experience; SC State (PEBA) Retirement and Health Benefits
