Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, paralegal studies or a closely related field. Experience: Four years of increasingly responsible professional experience in developing and administering public agency contracts; at least two of which was in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Condition of Employment: Insurability by the District's liability insurance carrier. Possession of a valid California Motor Vehicle Operator's License.
