JOB DESCRIPTION

• Location Of Services: Cincinnati, OH - CICS ReGeneration Bond Hill
• Hours Per Week: Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Dates of Contract: 2026-27 School Year with high possibility to extend
• Additional: Valid teaching certification required. Leads a Kindergarten classroom with a focus on foundational literacy and numeracy skills, social-emotional development, and building a structured, nurturing learning environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Kindergarten Teaching Certification

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons that meet the academic needs of diverse learners.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that promotes student growth and achievement.
• Differentiate instruction and adapt materials to support students with varying abilities, learning styles, and cultural backgrounds.
• Assess and monitor student progress through formal and informal measures, using data to guide instructional decisions.
• Collaborate with special education staff, related service providers, and other educators to support students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
• Maintain consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, classroom expectations, and strategies for support at home.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, professional learning communities, and staff development sessions.
• Implement classroom management strategies that foster respect, responsibility, and student engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, assessments, student progress, and compliance documentation as required by district and state policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in curriculum design, instructional methods, and educational technology.
