Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role you will serve as an Instructor for a structured 5-week course for Registered Behavior Technician Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays from 6pm-10pm within our healthcare training program. The selected candidate will deliver evidence-based instruction from our curriculum in applied behavior analysis principles, equipping students with foundational and practical knowledge relevant to patient care, behavioral intervention, and professional healthcare settings.
Responsibilities:
- Translate BCBA principles into practical applications relevant to healthcare and patient interaction
- Develop or adapt lesson plans, handouts, and instructional materials as needed
- Facilitate classroom discussions, case studies, and skill-based activities
- Administer and grade assessments; provide constructive feedback to students
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and student performance
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification.
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and special education strategies
Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
