Required:
- 2–3 years of management experience with direct responsibility for hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
- 2–3 years of sales and customer service experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing KPIs and driving business performance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Preferred:
- Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Experience in the fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industry.
- Multi-unit leadership or high-volume sales experience is a plus.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
