RTCC offers 10 full-day technical education programs, each of which offers college credits or industry certifications to students as part of their high school education. RTCC is a full day CTE High School where students gain technical skills, professional skills and academic skills on our campus.Our programs include: Manufacturing, Fabrication, and DesignDiversified AgricultureAutomotive TechnologyConstruction Trades Culinary Arts Diesel TechnologyDigital Media ArtsElectrical TechnologyPre-Tech RTCC is seeking a paraprofessional to support our students to achieve academic, technical, and professional success.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Good interpersonal skills including working with both teenagers and adults.Ability to make work relevant for students, connecting learning assignments to their program or areas of interest. (instructional or paraprofessional experience preferred)Ability to take direction and follow through with instruction.Willingness to help and can-do attitudeSafely assist students in program activitiesAble to manage small groups of studentsPerform any other duties as assigned by the Director.The primary focus of this position will be to help students with Math and ELA skills.
