Aide to support students in Mechanical Core ProgramsRandolph Technical Career Center1.0 FTE Randolph Technical Career Center offers twelve full-day technical education programs, each of which offers college credits or industry certifications to students as part of their high school education. RTCC is a full day Career and Technical Center where students gain technical skills, professional skills and academic skills on our campus.RTCC is seeking an aide to assist program instructors in the mechanical Core beginning the 2023-2024 school year.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Mechanical knowledgeExperience with safe operation of power tools and equipment Knowledge of transportation and local agriculture industries.Good interpersonal skills including working with both teenagers and adults.Ability to make work relevant for students, connecting learning assignments to their program or areas of interest. (instructional or paraprofessional experience preferred)Ability to take direction and follow through with instruction.Willingness to help and can-do attitudeSafely assist students in program activitiesAble to manage small groups of studentsDrivers license and clean driving record (CDL w/bus endorsement helpful, but not required)Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director.Only completed, on-line applications at www.schoolspring.com will be accepted.
