Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms
- Perform in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance
- Write, test, and refine ad copy for relevance and impact
- Monitor and analyze campaign data to optimize toward KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
- Collaborate with the digital media team to develop strategic recommendations and test hypotheses
- Track campaign effectiveness through Google Analytics and internal reporting dashboards
- Maintain budget controls, provide forecasting, and ensure spend aligns with client goals
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of paid media strategy through data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience managing paid search campaigns (eCommerce or performance marketing preferred)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and optimization levers
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data to drive decisions
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Eagerness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SEM
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills
