Registered Nurse / Clinic Manager - Work from Home

Position Overview

We are looking for an organized, self-driven, and dependable individual who is excited to learn our business, become familiar with our clinic, and grow with us. This is a flexible position to pick your own hours and for someone who is willing to jump in where needed and help keep the clinic running smoothly.

The ideal candidate may have experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) and experience in clinic management/administration is a plus. We are looking for someone comfortable taking initiative and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Learn and help manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Help manage administrative needs
• Coordinate billing and laboratory services
• Maintain and organize supplies, including monitoring expiration dates (3 - 6month inventory checks)
• Organize and prepare new patient folders
• Clean and maintain instruments once a week
• Help keep the clinic organized, stocked, and running efficiently
• Provide coverage during staff vacations when needed
• Be available approximately 1–2 additional times per month to help with clinic needs, with extra pay provided for additional hours
• Assist with other administrative or clinical tasks as needed
• Assisting with daily communication with patients
• Work from home

Hours

The position is expected to average approximately 10–15 hours per week, with the potential to grow up to 25 hours per week depending on clinic needs/growth. Most hours will be in the comfort of your home.

The schedule is flexible, and we are looking for someone who can work independently and manage their responsibilities without needing constant supervision. Remote-based role with limited on-site requirements.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
