Team Member 2

Job Overview
Orange Leaf in Westerville is seeking a Team Member 2 to join our team. A Team Member 2 completes similar responsibilities as a Team Member, but is also trained in cleaning our frozen yogurt machines, receiving our order, and handling more complex customer service examples. This role has the potential to move into a Team Leader role when leadership is demonstrated. The schedule will likely be 1-2 opening shifts per week and 3-4 closing shifts per week, including some weekend days.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the register and properly ring transactions
• Ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for the guests
• Perform basic cleaning tasks to include but not limited to sweeping and mopping, cleaning restrooms, cleaning windows, and wiping down tables and chairs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary toppings bar
• Ensuring toppings bar is kept full and clean
• Ability to make mixes and refill machines utilizing the mixing chart
• Maintain proper process for stirring mixes in machine hoppers and documenting
• Complete prep for toppings bar i.e. prepare fruit, prepackage cheesecake bites
• Restock paper and condiment items for guests
• Close register and complete deposit nightly
• Completion of opening/closing checklist
• Completion of Weekly and monthly cleaning tasks i.e. Cleaning refrigerators, cleaning trash cans
• Become proficient in cleaning and maintaining frozen yogurt machines, as well as basic trouble shooting on common issues.
• Fill out order guides and put away truck orders
• Complete ServSafe Person in Charge certification

Experience

• Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant or café is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Ability to work independently
