Job Overview
Orange Leaf & Humble Donut is seeking a customer service focused individual to join our team! The ideal individual is reliable and able to work independently and work shifts at both our Columbus, IN and Seymour locations. Eligible candidates must be 18 years OR older.
Duties
- Welcome, assist and thank customers
- Prepare mixes, toppings, donuts and some food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining and kitchen spaces.
- Operate POS system.
- Disassemble, clean, re-assemble and sanitize soft serve machines
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to guarantee quality service.
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience and address any inquiries or concerns.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in an independent and occasionally fast paced environment.
- Able to work shifts at both the Columbus, IN and Seymour locations
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the food service industry.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
