Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented weekend Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient end-of-day operation, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing cash handling processes. This role is crucial in providing a positive experience for our customers while ensuring that all closing procedures are followed accurately.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day cash handling, including balancing cash registers and preparing deposits.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining and service areas.
- Assist in closing procedures for the establishment, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service during the final hours of operation, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all closing tasks are completed on time.
Experience
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Basic math skills are essential for balancing registers and processing payments.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all closing duties are completed promptly.
- Familiarity with food service operations is a plus
- Excellent customer service
