Orange Grove Veterinary Clinic is looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate individual to join our team!
Our receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients and plays an important role in creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners. This position requires someone who enjoys helping people, loves animals, can multitask, and stays calm in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
-Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly attitude
-Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist clients with their questions/concerns
-Maintain accurate client and patient records
-Process payments and review invoices with clients
-Help keep the day running smoothly by working closely with our doctors and technicians
-Provide compassionate support to pet owners during both happy and difficult moments
