Pay: $75,000–$92,000 per year
Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
Orange Fox ABA is growing, and we’re looking for a BCBA to join our mighty, kid-first team!
This is a fully center-based position—no driving between clients, schools, or multiple locations. You’ll work alongside a close-knit team in a fun, active environment designed to help children feel safe, build meaningful skills, and genuinely enjoy learning.
Why Orange Fox?
- One consistent center-based location
- Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling
- A small, collaborative team that values your ideas
- An assent-based, relationship-focused approach to ABA
- No restraint or seclusion
- Strong RBT support and opportunities for meaningful supervision
- The opportunity to make a real difference while still enjoying the work
Our Clinical Approach
Orange Fox ABA is an assent-based clinic. We follow Dr. Greg Hanley’s Today’s ABA model to the greatest extent possible, emphasizing safety, rapport, trust, meaningful reinforcement, and the learner’s willingness to participate.
We do not use restraint or seclusion. Our team prioritizes compassionate, least-intrusive strategies and works to understand what each child is communicating through their behavior. We believe effective ABA should protect dignity, build confidence, and bring more joy—not fear or unnecessary compliance—into a child’s life.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized, compassionate ABA programs
- Conduct assessments and functional behavior assessments
- Create and update treatment plans and behavior-support strategies
- Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and support to RBTs
- Review data and adjust programming based on each child’s progress and assent
- Collaborate with families and team members to promote meaningful outcomes
- Model relationship-building, reinforcement-rich teaching, and least-intrusive care
- Help create an environment where children feel heard, respected, and excited to learn
What You’ll Bring
- Active BCBA certification
- A strong commitment to assent-based, compassionate ABA
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
- Clear, collaborative communication
- A supportive and approachable leadership style
- A willingness to jump in, problem-solve, and be part of the team
- Most importantly, a genuine commitment to putting kids first
At Orange Fox ABA, we take our work seriously—but we believe meaningful therapy can and should be joyful. If you want to join a mighty team that supports one another, celebrates progress, respects learner assent, and keeps children at the center of every decision, we’d love to meet you.
