We’re growing and looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Howell, NJ.
Key Details
- Schedule: Half-time, 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday, flexible start time
- Work Arrangement: In-person, Howell, NJ
- Compensation: $30,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Handle office paperwork and general administrative tasks
- Manage files, email correspondence, and calendars/schedules
- Support daily operations and perform computer-based tasks using standard office software
- Assist other team members to ensure smooth office workflow
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong technical and computer skills: Excel, Word, Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Friendly, reliable, and productive team player
- Ability to learn and follow company procedures quickly
