Orange Energizing Solutions (OES) Industry leaders in energy-efficient solutions for commercial refrigeration and lighting. Headquartered in New York with offices across the U.S. and Canada, we deliver tailored energy-efficiency programs and in‑house manufactured products backed by 20 years of experience. We’re growing and looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Howell, NJ.


Key Details

  • Schedule: Half-time, 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday, flexible start time
  • Work Arrangement: In-person, Howell, NJ
  • Compensation: $30,000 per year



Responsibilities

  • Handle office paperwork and general administrative tasks
  • Manage files, email correspondence, and calendars/schedules
  • Support daily operations and perform computer-based tasks using standard office software
  • Assist other team members to ensure smooth office workflow

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong technical and computer skills: Excel, Word, Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Friendly, reliable, and productive team player
  • Ability to learn and follow company procedures quickly
