Orange Energizing Solutions (OES) is a commercial refrigeration, LED lighting, HVAC, and
weatherization contractor serving customers across NYC and the Northeast. We support
major utility incentive programs and help businesses implement energy-saving
technologies.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager oversees scheduling, planning, and execution of weatherization
and energy efficiency projects. This role is responsible for managing hundreds of active
projects, coordinating crews, and ensuring high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage large volumes of projects across multiple teams and service areas.
• Prioritize jobs based on deadlines, crew availability, and customer needs.
• Create weekly schedules, dispatch plans, and resource assignments.
• Monitor project milestones and documentation — work orders, photos, commissioning
forms.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and support continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of operations or project coordination.
• Ability to manage high workload and complex scheduling.
• Strong communication, organization, and planning abilities.
• Skilled with spreadsheets, CRM/project-tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with weatherization or energy efficiency programs.
• Knowledge of refrigeration or clean heat technologies.
• PMP/CAPM certification preferred.
