Under direct supervision, performs a variety of clerical, secretarial, and administrative duties in support of departmental operations. This role provides essential office support by maintaining records, coordinating communications, processing documents, and assisting with day-to-day administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective operations.
This is a non-exempt position in salary grade 155: Min – $29.89 | Mid – $35.51 | Max – $41.13/hour. The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.

What You’ll Do
- Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of multiple functional areas
- Collects and compiles statistical and budget data, as well as other information, for special and periodic reports, as necessary
- Administrates various company programs, including invoice processing for Maintenance and Facilities Contracts, DMV filings, etc
- Reviews, adjusts, and maintains documents related to biweekly payroll and personnel for the staff in assigned functional area(s). Compiles payroll and timekeeping data from base locations for assigned personnel
- Serves as a liaison with the general public, management staff, employees, contracted vendors, community agencies and government representatives, resolving moderately complex questions and problems
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and document preparation
- Proficiency with standard office software and equipment
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative in supporting departmental operations
- Knowledge related to invoice processing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Related clerical, administrative, or office support experience desirable
