Orange County Transit, LLC is hiring for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year!
We are seeking fully licensed BPS or CPS School Bus Drivers for our Wappingers Falls location. We offer highly flexible scheduling, including Part-Time, Per Diem, Trips, and Charter work.
- Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week
- Competitive Pay: Earn up to $31.00/hour (Big Bus) or up to$29.00/hour (Small Bus) based on experience and location.
- Work Variety: Choose from regular school routes, special trips, and charter work.
Requirements
- License: Valid CDL Class B or Class C License with “P” (Passenger) and “S” (School Bus) endorsements and airbrakes.
- Age: Must be at least 23 years or older.
- Background: Ability to pass a DOT drug screening, DOT physical exam, and background checks.
- Driving Record: Must have and maintain a clean driving history.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of school bus driving experience is preferred.
