A Rare Executive Leadership Opportunity – Come Shape the Future with Us

At Orange County’s Credit Union (OCFCU), we believe banking should be simple, human, and rooted in purpose. As a member-owned financial cooperative, our mission—“Simple Banking. For People, Not Profit.”—drives everything we do.

With $3.0B in assets, 150,000 members, and deep community roots, we’re entering a defining chapter in our 85-year history. Our vision is clear: scale and grow the assets, elevate the member experience, and lead with innovation, agility, and impact.

To bring this vision to life, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO)—a transformational leader who will turn strategy into reality and accelerate execution across the enterprise. This is your opportunity to help shape the future of a respected institution while delivering meaningful value to members and communities across Southern California and beyond.

The Opportunity

This is more than an operations role—it is a force multiplier for the entire organization. Working in close partnership with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the COO will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, and member experience, ensuring OCFCU’s priorities are executed with clarity, alignment, and measurable progress.

You will play a pivotal role in helping OCFCU evolve into a more agile, technology-enabled financial institution, strengthening our ability to serve members while scaling sustainably.

  • Elevate organizational structure and leadership capacity to support long-term growth

Who You Are

You are a strategic operator—an executive leader who thrives on turning vision into action. You bring discipline to execution, clarity to complexity, and energy to transformation. You know how to align teams, drive accountability, and deliver results in dynamic, growth-oriented environments. You lead with integrity, urgency, and collaboration, and are inspired by organizations that put people first.
