Orange County Restoration Services, Inc. is looking for a mitigation technician to join our team. Honest, dependable, professional, experienced, and hard-working individuals with a good attitude, hunger to learn and grow with our company.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Technician in Water/Fire Damage, Mold Remediation and Sewage
- Professional appearance
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle
- Must have reliable transportation - arriving to work on time
- CA driver's license
- Good driving record (No more than 2 points and no DUI)
- Heavy lifting (at least 50 lbs.)
- Must be willing to work after hours when needed
- Will share an on-call rotation with other Techs
- No facial, head or neck tattoos
- Clean-shaven
Core Responsibilities:
- Follow procedures to perform water and fire damage services and mold remediation, and fire damage for residential and commercial property.
- Ability to inspect properites, assess extent of damage and establish work scope
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, co-workers, and customers.
- Excellent customer service
- Using Field Management CRM to update or review job information and thoroughly document work done (take photos and properly document all work)
- Work hand-in-hand with Lead Technicians and Project Managers for overall quality control and customer satisfaction
