Job Overview
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Basic Function: Fast-paced two physician aesthetic plastic surgery practice seeks part-time administrative medical assistant to cross-cover reception desk and prepare charts for the operating room as the major tasks. Some personal assisting for physicians will be required.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Receptionist (front office skills) = 20%
· Personal Assisting = 20%
· Surgical Forms and Tests = 60%
We are looking for someone that is meticulous and accurate, intelligent, steady, and able to work in a team. Past medical office exposure and time flexibility is a plus. Hours are Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm with a lunch break. Ideal for someone who needs mother/father hours and is re-entering the workforce. Responsibilities
· Checking patients in/out for appointments.
· Assuring timely completion of patient forms.
· Cross cover front: patient appointments, messages, documenting in EMR, uploading forms into charts, collecting fees, run credit cards, prepping charts and answering office phones.
· Restocking front office supplies.
· Scheduling patient appointments.
· Communicating with team members.
· Support team members social media activities.
Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
