As our shop continues to grow, we are looking for experienced Auto Body Technicians, Frame Specialists, and Automotive Mechanics who take pride in producing high-quality work and enjoy working in a professional, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform collision repair and auto body repairs
- Repair and straighten damaged vehicle frames
- Replace and align body panels
- Perform welding, panel fitting, and structural repairs
- Remove and reinstall vehicle components
- Complete automotive mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose vehicle damage and recommend proper repair procedures
- Prepare vehicles for refinishing when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow OEM repair procedures and shop safety standards
- Deliver repairs that meet the highest quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous auto body repair experience required
- Frame machine experience strongly preferred
- Automotive mechanical experience preferred
- Experience using collision repair equipment and shop tools
- Ability to read repair estimates and repair procedures
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Valid California driver's license preferred

Compensation
$30.00–$33.00 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, certifications, productivity, and overall skill level. Experienced technicians with advanced collision repair, frame straightening, or mechanical experience are encouraged to apply.
