Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
Minimum Of One (1) Year Of Nursing Experience
Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license

Job Description
General Functions:
Key Responsibilities for Medical Clinic Outreach Nurse:
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and clinical team to support outreach initiatives and events
- Coordinate with community partners to plan and deliver health outreach activities
- Conduct patient assessments and biometric screenings, including:
- Educate and counsel patients on screening results, health risks, and preventative care
- Promote Orange County Medical Clinic services and refer patients to appropriate departments, including Eligibility Services
- Assist with setup and breakdown of outreach events (may involve lifting up to 50 lbs; indoor/outdoor environments)
- Serve as backup support for the Case Management Department as needed
- Work Hours: This position requires a flexible schedule to meet program needs, including evenings and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Hours worked outside the standard schedule will be offset with equivalent time off during the week.
- Will be required to operate a company vehicle and, on occasion, a personal vehicle. Travel expenses may be reimbursed in accordance with applicable guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned
