These services include facilitating multi-session evidence-based curricula and single-session workshops for students in grades 4-9; providing parent and caregiver workshops on current trends and prevention strategies; training and supporting youth to implement prevention projects like media campaigns and peer workshops; and engaging schools, businesses, and other stakeholders in identifying and addressing local needs related to youth substance use.
We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to work as a short-term Associate Project Assistant.
The selected candidate will provide alcohol and other drug prevention workshops and lessons, support youth-led prevention activities, conduct program promotion and outreach, and contribute to reports required by funding agencies.
