Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including clerical tasks, file management, and scheduling.
- Utilize payroll services for budgeting and financial tracking to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees to enhance their skills and integration into the company.
- Maintain phone systems and ensure effective communication within the office.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving, attention to detail, reliable with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced dental environment, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
