Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of patient records and documentation review to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix for scheduling appointments, managing patient information, and processing billing.
- Support front office operations including answering phones, greeting patients, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain an organized filing system for patient records while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate efficient patient flow and assist during procedures as needed.
- Ensure that the office environment is clean, welcoming, and compliant with health regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards and practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, reliable with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced dental environment, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
