Position Summary
Provides Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center patient care areas with high quality, professionally processed linen and the Operating Room staff with scrubs.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job
1. Receive daily linen and scrub deliveries
2. Maintain inventory of linen and scrubs in the Linen Room
3. Stock patient care areas with linen
4. Stock automated dispensing machines with scrubs
5. Manage physical inventory levels in all areas
6. Maintain Linen Room equipment
7. Ability to be at work and be on time
8. Ability to follow company policies, procedures and directives
9. Ability to interact in a positive and constructive manner
10. Ability to prioritize and multitask
*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. Qualifications:
Qualifications/Work Experience:
• Ability to follow oral instructions and understand simple written instructions.
• Able to follow work schedule which may vary with the assignments.
• Experience in the hospitality field (Healthcare preferred).
Education/Licensure/Certification:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
