As a Patient Care Coordinator at Orange City Modern Dentistry your main responsibility is ensuring the patient's full experience is executed with excellence. Delivering a great 1st impression over the initial contact, and collecting all necessary information to aid in a smooth appointment, this role is vital to our patient's overall experience. Other responsibilities would include maintenance of the provider's schedule daily and responding to patient's inquiries through modern technology. Attention to detail and ability to follow through with tasks is a requirement for this position. Cohesively working with our team of professionals to grow the practice and compassionately caring for the patients of our community is what we expect from the individual in this role.
