About The Role
We are seeking a versatile and strategic B2B Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and events that drive brand awareness and engagement. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven marketing, ensuring our message reaches the right audience through the right channels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Craft clear, compelling messaging tailored for B2B audiences, including CIOs and IT leaders.
- Create, manage, and distribute content across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand voice.
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and solution teams to synchronize messaging and market outreach efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies for design, campaign, and digital advertising activities.
- Manage the organization’s master events calendar, aligning on sponsorships, requirements and deadlines.
You are an experienced marketing and communications professional with 3-7 years in the field. You are a strategic thinker with proven project management skills, able to thrive under pressure while fostering collaboration.
Your professional skills:
- Your exceptional storytelling skills enable you to adapt your writing style for different formats, from technical documents to engaging social media content.
- You have hands-on experience with Email Marketing Providers (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- You have familiarity with Content Management Systems, like Sharepoint.
- Experience with CRM tools like SalesForce, SugarCRM, etc.
- Experience with Adobe Premier, Final Cut, etc.
- Bonus if you’ve done website development or used tools such as WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal.
- Bonus if you are proficient in Google Analytics and social media insights to track and assess campaign performance.
- You exhibit strategic thinking, allowing you to propose innovative ideas and solutions.
- Your advanced communication skills foster collaboration across teams.
- You demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic work environment, thriving under pressure.
- You take a proactive approach to tasks and projects, often anticipating challenges.
